The National Guard Scholarship is provided by the Kansas Army National Guard. This scholarship pays up to 8 semesters of tuition. Upon your fifth semester in the program you will begin to receive an additional $450 per month. This money is direct deposited into your checking or savings for whatever you want. Federal Scholarships
The Federal Scholarship provides you with full tuition, books, fees and up to $500 per month from the time you receive the scholarship. There are a few different options for this scholarship you can receive a 2, 3 or 4 year scholarship depending on what year in school you are and when you will graduate. Because of changes made to the application every year posting the scholarship is impossible. The U.S. Army has information on the Federal Scholarships on its web site. Green to Gold
This program is available for individuals currently on active duty. The Green to Gold Scholarship provides you with full tuition, books, fees and up to $500 per month from the time you receive the scholarship.
